The Fastest Feeling Rope

Fast ropes? You bet. Consistent ropes? Uh uh, consistent, too. For proof of just how reliable Lone Star ropes really are, just look back at the National Final Rodeo last December, when 19-year-old Sawyer Gilbert roped her way to the World Championship using our Pink Caddy.

Gilbert won the 2021 world crown and average and was the only breakaway competitor to rope all 10 head, finishing with an average of 46.3 seconds.

For Gilbert, whose cool demeanor and obvious fearlessness in Vegas served her well, nothing matches the Pink Caddy when it comes to doing exactly what she needs her rope to do in big competitions.

Designed by Alford along with the top breakaway ropers in the country, the Pink Caddy has five strands, a nylon poly blend, and an Evo Tech core that gives it perfect weight.

“The five-strand gives the rope a great body,” Gilbert says. “Out of all the ropes I have tried, it’s the only one that I can consistently feel my tip. The Pink Caddy is super reactive when my eight curls.”

Gilbert looks to grab her second world championship in 2022. And make no mistake. She’ll make her run with the Pink Caddy in hand.

“It’s the fastest feeling rope that I have ever been able to swing,” she says.
